A. Identity & Contact Data: Name, phone number, email address, physical event address (for logistics). Essential for booking confirmation, service delivery (On-Time Execution), and customer support.
B. Event-Specific Data: Occasion type (birthday, anniversary), gender/age of the celebrant, theme preference, special instructions, custom message for decor. Necessary to fulfill the custom service and personalize the event experience.
C. Financial Transaction Data: Payment confirmation details, transaction ID, order history, refund status. Used by secure third-party payment processors to complete the Secure & Easy Booking process; we do not store card numbers, CVV, or full UPI PINs.
D. Technical Usage Data (Automatic): IP address, device type, browser information, pages visited, time spent on theme pages. Platform optimization, security audits, fraud prevention, and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your Personal Data exclusively for the purposes disclosed to you, including:
- Executing and managing service orders, including logistics planning and material procurement.
- Coordinating with vetted partners (artists, delivery teams) to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Communicating order status, reminders, and feedback surveys via phone/sms/email/WhatsApp.
- Personalizing offers and recommending relevant services based on your booking history.
- Complying with mandatory legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in India.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share your data with trusted entities strictly for the purpose of service fulfillment:
- Service Partners: Sharing your Name, Contact Number, and Event Address with the specific decorator, artist, or logistics team assigned to fulfill your booking.
- Payment Gateways: Sharing transaction details with third-party payment processors to facilitate Secure & Easy Booking.
- Legal Compliance: Disclosing data to government authorities or law enforcement when legally mandated or necessary to protect our rights, safety, and property.
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, which will be bound by this Policy or a similar level of protection.
6. Data Security and Retention
6.1 Security Measures: We implement robust security practices (encryption, access controls, regular audits) to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, ensuring your data remains confidential.
6.2 Data Retention: We retain your data only for the duration necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records), and enforce our agreements. Data is securely deleted or anonymized once the retention purpose is served.
