Your Guide To Payments, Rescheduling, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the financial and operational terms for all bookings made through Party Square platform (www.partysquare.in) and forms an essential part of our Service Agreement. We are committed to delivering a hassle-free experience from booking to completion.

1. Financial Commitment and Security

Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways like Razorpay. Party Square does not store sensitive financial data (e.g., card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs), ensuring a safe and seamless booking experience.

Transparent Pricing: The final Service Order reflects the complete cost. There are no hidden charges unless the location is significantly outside city limits. Any last-minute additions requested on-site must be confirmed and paid immediately.

Deposit/Booking Amount: The initial deposit secures your event date and covers early-stage planning and resource allocation. This amount is included when calculating refunds as per Section 4. Payment of this deposit confirms your booking.

2. Service-Specific Terms (Policy Hierarchy)

Some Party Square services may have unique cancellation or rescheduling policies based on:

  • The type of service (e.g., custom décor, artist booking, venue coordination)
  • The level of customization and materials involved
  • Third-party commitments (e.g., artists, venues)

Always refer to the specific policy listed on the product or experience page. If it differs from the general terms here, the product page policy will apply.

3. Rescheduling of Confirmed Events

More than 24 Hours Before Event: Rescheduling is free, subject to availability of staff, materials, and partners.

Within 24 Hours: Rescheduling may not be possible once preparations begin. If feasible, actual costs (e.g., travel, artist fees) will be invoiced.

4. Generic Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds apply to the total order value, including the initial deposit:

  • More than 48 Hours Before Event: 90% refund
  • 24 to 48 Hours Before Event: 60% refund
  • 20 to 24 Hours Before Event: 50% refund
  • Less than 20 Hours Before Event: No refund

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Customized Items: Unique décor elements like name signs, photo cut-outs, or personalized prints
  • Third-Party Fees: Advance payments to artists, venues, or equipment rentals
  • On-Site Arrival: If the team or delivery vehicle has reached the venue

6. Quality Assurance and Returns

Service Quality: If you're dissatisfied, notify Party Square within 12 hours of event completion. We’ll investigate and may offer partial compensation or corrective action.

Return Policy (Services): Once setup begins, refunds or returns are not applicable. Items that are inflated, installed, taped, or customized are non-reusable.

Product Returns (Gifts/Deliverables): For standalone gifts or products, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect. Must be reported with photos within 12 hours of delivery.

7. Refund Processing Time

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

Bank Delays: Final credit may take an additional 3–5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
