Setup Essentials:
Balloon Placement: We use tape to attach balloons to walls and ceilings. To protect your paint, we recommend removing the tape soon after the event.
Ceiling Decor: If balloons are to be placed on the ceiling, please arrange a sturdy stool or ladder in advance to help our team work efficiently.
Decoration Items:
Included Props: All non-rental items used during decoration will remain at the venue. Feel free to keep anything you find useful.
Rental Items: Must be returned in good condition. Any damage or missing items will incur a charge based on the item's value.
Pickup Timeline: Our team will collect rental items within 48 hours of the event, depending on availability.
Power & Venue Access:
Electricity: A stable power supply is essential for timely setup. Party Square is not liable for delays due to power outages.
Venue Permissions: Please secure all necessary approvals from your venue in advance. Any fees charged by the venue are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Terms:
Final Payment: Should be completed immediately after decoration/service/performance is done. Our team will not wait until the party begins or ends.
Accepted Methods: We accept Cash, UPI, IMPS, and other instant payment options through safe and secure payment gateways.
Logistics & Limitations:
Transport Charges: May apply based on your location (if the location is far from the city) and the decoration setup.
Weather Delays: In case of rain, wind, or other natural disruptions, we’ll do our best to stay on schedule, but delays may occur.
Issue Reporting: If any concerns arise, please report them immediately so we can resolve them on the spot.
If You Cancel
More than 48 Hours Before Event: Eligible for a 90% refund of the total order value.
24 to 48 Hours Before Event: Eligible for a 60% refund of the total order value.
20 to 24 Hours Before Event: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total order value.
Less than 20 Hours Before Event: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
Changes Made More Than 24 Hours Before: Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.
Changes Made Within 24 Hours: Not guaranteed; actual expenses (e.g., travel, artist fees) will be charged if rescheduling is possible.
